Electronic Grants Online - U.S. Department of Education

Federal Register - the Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.

Fundsnet - provides information on grant opportunities for projects involving persons with disabilities.

GrantsNet - U.S. Department of Health and Human Services funding opportunities. Contains grant announements from agencies including: the Administration for Children and Families (ACF); Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE); Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS); National Institutes of Health (NIH); and the Office of Public Health and Science (OPHS).

Mitsubishi Electric America (MEA) Foundation - The foundation welcomes concept papers that meet its mission. Nonprofit organizations or projects with 501(c)(3) status that address a significant need of young people with disabilities, have national scope and impact, demonstrate potential for replication at other sites, and represent an innovative approach involving technology are invited to submit preliminary concept papers for consideration. National Science Foundation Funding Opportunities

NEC Foundation of America - The NEC Foundation of America has announced that, beginning this year, its sole focus will be on technology for people with disabilities. Grants will be awarded to nonprofit organizations in support of the development, application, and use of technology by and for people with disabilities. All proposals should demonstrate national reach and impact.(Deadline September 1 and March 1, annually).

Public Welfare Foundation - provides grants to programs that promote non-institutional community- based long term care and comprehensive social services to promote independent living.

Verizon Foundation - The Foundation provides grants through four separate programs including the "digital divide" program. The Digital Divide program helps provide access to new technology to community-based organizations. Grants are typically awarded in the New England, DE, NJ, NY, PA, WV, and DC. There are no deadlines.
