- a compilation of services, projects, activities, and research
dedicated to enhancing access to assistive technology at home, school, work

- California State University Center on Disabilities. CSUN hosts the longest-running
and largest annual university sponsored conference on technology and persons
with disabilities.

- Equal Access to Software and Information - a provider of
online training on accessible information technology for persons with disabilities.
Job
Accomodation Network - JAN - a free consulting service that
provides information about job accommodations, the Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA), and the employability of people with disabilities.
NARIC
- National Rehabilitation Information Center - For 20 years,
the staff of the National Rehabilitation Information Center (NARIC) has
collected and disseminated the results of federally funded research projects.
NARIC's literature collection, which also includes commercially published
books, journal articles, and audiovisuals, averages around 200 new documents
per month.
NIDRR
- National Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research
- a federal agency which provides funding for research in areas such as
employment; health and function; technology for access and function; independent
living and community integration; and other associated disability research
areas.
National
Center for Accessible Media - a research and development
facility dedicated to the issues of media and information technology for
people with disabilities in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
RESNA
- Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America
- a not for profit interdisciplinary association aimed at promoting research,
development, education, advocacy, and the provision of technology and by
supporting the people engaged in these activities. There are currently over
1600 individual and 150 organizational members.
TechConnections
- a national information dissemination project to improve the utilization
of existing and emerging technology in state vocational rehabilitation programs.
Trace
