Ron Cole cole@cslr.colorado.edu, Scott Schwartz schwarts@cslr.colorado.edu, Barbara Wise wise@cslr.colorado.edu,
& Dave Wade-Stein steind@cslr.colorado.edu

As part of an NSF funded project entitled the "Colorado Literacy Project", 14 teachers and speech pathologists from the Boulder Valley School District were funded by the Coleman Institute to participate in the development, evaluation and revision of computer based learning tools. Funding was also provided to have students with and without disabilities pilot the software to determine usability and efficacy. The teacher's input to date has driven many of the decisions, designs and the focus of the software development. The project is part of the Center for Spoken Language Research at The University of Colorado at Boulder.
