Web Based Reports
How Access to Information is Structured
The reports that appear on this page are web based, clustered in a role-defined “manager’s workbench.” This
structure was defined in order to better focus reports for end users depending
on their role of
managing HR and financial data within their organization. The reports
have been designed with ease of use in mind, delivering data in pre-defined
Excel worksheets and summary tables, simplifying terminology where appropriate.
All web-based reports are listed under the Index of Reports.
Getting Started
Reports require a CIW log-on to run. Data come from the Central Information
Warehouse, which is updated nightly with information from PeopleSoft finance
and HR systems.
If you have questions about how to log-on or what your password is, call
the IRM Helpline 303/492-9222.

Training
After you have received your CIW UserID and password, you can sign
up for CIW Training. The Information Resource Management office provides
training as a service to help new users become productive with the Central
Information Warehouse(CIW).
