PeopleSoft HR Reports - PDF Reports

Reports in 8.3 HR will be delivered in 1 of two formats that you may choose - PDF or csv.

The PDF format will deliver the report to your desktop much like the current 7.5 SQR viewer, and can be either viewed on-line and/or saved to your desktop.

The .csv format is the format that allows you to save the file and to manipulate it via excel, just as you do currently in 7.5.

In order to be ready to get the PDF format reports on your desktop, please check to make sure PDF is available to you. Many of you already have this free software on your machine, since some of our forms for vendors and federal government are in PDF and many campus and state policies are in this format as well.
