Update: News of campus cuts delayed

Members of the university community know all too well how the down economy and ensuing drop in state revenue have diminished funding to higher education. The pressing nature of these economic concerns led to cuts last year and will do so again this year.

News of cuts at the campus level had been expected at the end of this week, but now will not be announced until Tuesday. The CU Faculty and Staff Newsletter will post the information as soon as it's available.

To receive an instant alert once the news is posted, please consider signing up for the Newsletter's RSS feed, or follow us on Twitter. Simply click on one or both links to join.

We welcome your letters to the editor on this or any topic of interest to current and retired CU faculty and staff. Please send submissions to newsletter@cu.edu.

If you have a news item you'd like to share, please send it to Jay.Dedrick@cu.edu.
