The Office of Research Development and Education at the University of Colorado Denver is set to present "Research Dollars: Identify and Cultivate Funding Opportunities" on Thursday, Feb. 18; Thursday, Feb. 25; and Tuesday, March 2.
The seminar, open to faculty, will feature information on the basics of searching for external funding.
This seminar will help attendees:
- Identify funding resources
- Develop personal techniques for using funding resources
- Organize and track specific funding resources
- Develop a support network for external funding
- Understand the sponsor's role
- Identify and use pertinent sponsor information
- Increase funding base by broadening a research idea
