Peter B. Scull, has worked in intellectual property law for over ten years, over most of which time he has worked in/with the patenting of various medical technologies. This includes approximately five years working with and patenting pharmaceuticals, particularly anti-cancer drugs, and about five years patenting with medical devices, particularly dialysis, apheresis centrifugation, and heart-lung machines. |
