Leonard Mell
President - Pathfinder Solutions, L.L.C.: With over thirty years experience in product development in many technical disciplines ranging from space systems to automotive systems and undersea systems, Mr. Mell has a wide background in program management, technical direction and functional line management. He has executed a successful startup (Hughes Consulting Group); demonstrated the ability to facilitate transfer of technologies to new markets (from aerospace to high speed ground transportation and automotive design to business systems); participated in improving cost-efficiency and quality through resource sharing; and reducing engineering and operations cycle time up to 50%. Lenny has partnered with CAI since mid 2000, developing requirements and managing the implementation of a COTS based business management system for a DoD agency.

David Hottman
With over 20 years experience in systems engineering, program management and requirements development. Starting his career at McDonnell Douglas Systems Engineering and Space Operations, as a Systems Engineer, David's responsibilities included integration of the complex computer systems of different spacecraft with the Shuttle's data processing systems and the development of requirements for several multi-million dollar software development projects to automate the development of the Shuttle's software for each flight.

As a Systems Engineer for Martin Marietta Aerospace Corporation, David was responsible for the development of requirements specifications, contract end item specifications (CEI), interface control documentation, and specification of large military computer systems.

While with Bruce G. Jackson and Associates, David created the Document Director and Vital Link systems engineering product lines including designing and specifying all functional requirements for the products. Document Director and Vital Link provide a set of tools to manage, analyze, maintain configuration control, and manage change of requirements for large development projects.

Currently, he is responsible for systems engineering support and implementation of systems engineering tools. He also provides requirements and systems engineering expertise to customers in the government and aerospace industry.
