Dean brings 14 years of experience within the medical device industry to the team of intellectual resource managers at Reglera. He is responsible for continuing to expand the horizons of the Bio/Med services group, adding national accounts to the broad base of organizations served.

During his career, Dean has been instrumental in growing several medical device organizations through innovative product or process developments. His knowledge of sales and marketing approaches combined with his understanding of the regulatory environment within medical device and bio-pharmaceutical companies, positions him as a total solution provider.

Medical devices and bio-pharmaceuticals have been a constant in Dean's distinguished career. Initially providing clinical services to physicians in a multi-discipline environment, then developing physician practices and finally promoting and developing various medical marketing strategies within the device industry. While serving as Director of Marketing for Staodyn, Inc., development of a sports medicine product used by professional sports teams throughout the world evolved under his direction. Through his own marketing consultancy, DSE Marketing, Inc., Dean provided marketing and product management services to Rehabilicare, Inc., who acquired Staodyn. Dean's marketing practice was very involved with such organizations as Coca-Cola, JHB Soft, and several other companies, developing unique marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and sales.

This discussion will take place in a seminar setting, and focus on having faculty questions addressed by a peer who has been through the process. Please join us for what promises to be an interactive and informative seminar.
