Ken Weil, President, RoseBiomedical
Ken Weil has worked in health care for fifteen years and founded Rose Biomedical in 1995. His work includes extensive experience in coordinating the activities of physician and engineering teams in medical technology development and clinical research. Mr. Weil has extensive experience in securing financial resources, and obtaining and administering NIH SBIR grants. Mr. Weil received a B.Ph. from Miami University and a MPA from George Washington University.

Rae Reynolds, Director of Business Development, RoseBiomedical
Rae Reynolds has over twenty years of healthcare marketing and business development specializing in company start-ups, market and product development, product launches, and creating and successfully executing marketing plans. During her career, Ms. Reynolds has helped companies build market share and execute successful IPOs, strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Her experience includes market research, business planning, utilizing clinical trial results and reimbursement as marketing strategies, business development, product promotion and strategic partnerships. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Economics and a Masters Degree in Planning.
