TEFJ (FX Stops for Withdrawn Students)

TEFJ searches the database for students who have withdrawen from the University, and creates an FX stop for them.The Withdrawn Date on screen 414 is used to determine whether that student has withdrawn.

Sort may be by Alpha (name), Numeric (SID), or Code (rebate code).

Date may be nonspecific (as in the above case). This will allow for all dates.

If UPDATE=N, then no stop transactions will be created but the report will be produced.

Processing:

TEFJ reads the database looking for students who have withdrawn and creates an “FX” stop for them.

Updating:

TEUF$ processes stop requests and updates the SIS database.
