If you've been diagnosed with diabetes, your diabetes medication and supplies may be fully covered.

You’re also eligible for disease management care, through which your doctor or other medical professional extends special information and care to empower you to take a more proactive role in treating your disease.

All CU Health Plans offer the Diabetes Management Program, but each provides different kinds of care. Learn more by selecting your plan below:
