CU Health Plan offers highly personalized care for participants with diabetes
If you're a CU Health Plan member who's been diagnosed with diabetes, you can participate in our Diabetes Management Program. Aside from providing full coverage of diabetic medication and supplies at your in-network pharmacy, the benefit also includes in-person, phone or print education pieces to help you manage your disease.
