Trustee - Anthony DeFurio


DeFurioAnthony C. DeFurio is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the University of Colorado Hospital Authority, which he joined in December 2006.

From 2003 to 2006, DeFurio was CFO for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He was the senior vice president and CFO at the Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals in South Carolina from 2001 to 2003, and from 1999 to 2001, he was CFO for Catholic Health Initiatives (Centura) in Denver. DeFurio also held several executive positions in South Florida from 1989 to 1999.

He holds master's degrees in business administration and health administration from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Penn.
