The mainframe systems (SIS) are available for on-line transaction processing from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Mainframe systems are generally unavailable before noon on Saturdays (and sometimes all day), and unavailable before 11:00 a.m. on Sundays. This time is used for System hardware/software maintenance.
Standard Weekend availability
The PeopleSoft systems are generally active and available (but not guaranteed) for online users on Saturday and Sunday, and users may access the system during these times. No technical support is available during weekend hours. If a system is unexpectedly unavailable or goes down during weekend hours, please report this to UIS Computer Operations (303-492-9495) and it will be resolved before 07:00 on the next business day. UIS Computer Operations is staffed at all times except on some University holidays. The operator will know which systems are currently available. Additionally, systems are scheduled to be unavailable on some weekend days to allow for migration of software or for hardware maintenance.
