• Fiscal Procedures
  The University's Fiscal Procedures cover any transaction involving the commitment or expenditure of University monies or resources. They were developed to provide adequate safeguards for the proper expenditure of the monies of the institution and to exempt the institution from the fiscal procedures promulgated by the State Controller.

  The University's Fiscal APS provide system-wide guidance, procedures, and requirements related to financial and procurement issues
  
  
• Finance Procedural Statements (FPS) (Formerly Accounting Directives)
  FPS provide instruction on how to comply with specific aspects of the APS and other regulations related to accounting and budget.
  
  
• Procurement Service Center Procedural Statements (PPS)
  PPS provide instruction on how to comply with specific aspects of the APS and other regulations related to purchasing and payables
