The reporting tool project is designed to improve the financial information regularly available to its various fiscal roles (e.g., officers, officials, managers, staff as defined in the Administrative Policy Statement (APS) Fiscal Roles and Responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective fiscal accountability and reasonable fiscal certifications. Currently, the university uses numerous tools to meet its financial reporting needs. However, none of these tools has been adequate to meet the university's primary needs. Additionally, it is not cost-efficient to maintain the various reporting tools. Therefore, the University undertook an extensive analysis and selection process to identify a single tool that would meet its need. To maximize our investment, we ensured the selected tool would efficiently be able to coordinate data not just within the Finance System but with other key information systems, such as human resources and student information. Throughout the reporting tool project this website will serve as the central information source for the latest updates about the project. Please bookmark this site and check back often. Project News
