The University of Colorado contracted and converted to the EduServ System III in May, 1993.EduServ Technologies, Inc. offers student loan management services for both campus-based loan programs such as Perkins/NDSL, HPSL, and institutional loan programs, as well as Stafford Loan programs. Please reference the EduServ System III Operation Guide for questions on the functionality of System III.
Several student loan processes require transferring data from other University systems to the EduServ system in the form of a tape or a report. Other processes require transferring data from the EduServ system to different University systems or outside agencies. University Management Systems has created programs which produce these reports and tapes. The following documentation explains the details of each of these programs.
Each campus is responsible for scheduling and submitting setup parameters for each job through UMS' Operations Department. Check with the campus Bursar Offices for specific information about that campus' procedures.
