Overview:
There are various conditions requiring that a “Stop Record” be created for a student. Stops can prevent someone from getting a batch refund, a transcript, a demand warrant, or from registering. Each campus has different stop identifiers that can be found on screen 025 (use F2 to see the values for your campus).
Some stops are entered manually using screen 017, and some are entered via batch programs. Jobs that create stops records for BRS are:
TEFE$ (Account Write-Offs)
TEED (Financial Stops Extract)
TEFJ (FX Stops for Withdrawn Students)
LLIA (Extract Loan Stops)
