Donna Sichko

Donna A. Sichko began working with the Technology Transfer Office as a financial consultant during the transition from UTC. Donna has focused on establishing the appropriate accounting standards and processes for tracking complex financial transactions inherent in tech transfer. Currently, in the midst of the transition, Donna’s goal is to provide streamlined and expedited processing of the financial transactions through the CU System.

In addition to working with the CU Technology Transfer Office, Donna maintains a private consulting practice where she provides financial management for early-stage and venture-capital funded corporations, primarily in the biotechnology and software markets. Prior to her consulting venture, Donna held the position of CFO for two companies, a regional nonprofit providing health care and a medical services company. Additionally, she has been a consultant to small businesses for a CPA firm and worked extensively in major commercial banks in the areas of banking operations and securities processing. Donna earned a BS in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Regis University.
